The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to Nijo fish market. The rooms are just big enough to comfortably fit 2 humans and 2 carry-on roller bags, well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The strong shower provides a very hot Onsen-like experience. However, if laundry is a priority, requesting a room on the 10th Floor for added convenience is recommended.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to major areas and surrounded by shops. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The dining options were satisfactory with a variety to choose from. However, the rooms, although clean, felt a bit small for two people. Overall, a good value for money stay.
